Can I change plans later? ▾

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial for paid plans? ▾

Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period.

What payment methods do you accept? ▾

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer or invoice. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

What happens when I exceed my monitor limit? ▾

You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your monitor limit. Once you reach the limit, you won't be able to add new monitors until you either upgrade your plan or remove existing monitors. Your current monitors will continue to work without interruption.
